Spoke with Anthony on the phone to go over a commercial pest plan, and schedule the initial set-up. Chad was the technician that came out to my property today to set-up the plan. Anthony and Chad are both super nice people who reviewed the plan and have made themselves available for questions/concerns. Joshua being an expert Technician with decades of experience worked diligently to solve our problem. He asked about the squirrel issues we were experiencing and investigated any points of entry. He inspected the interior and exterior points of our attic. Afterwords he installed a one way door on a vent outside and checked around the roof lining for any other entry points. He was absolutely great and completed the job with ease. Joshua must be a valuable asset to Cornerstone. Thank you for your job well done!

I talked with Anthony in the office. He explained the process clearly and the options. The price was a bit high, but reasonable. We agree on the option to eliminate all the entry points, as well as eliminate the current issue, with a 1 year guarantee. Chad arrived the same day, and explained everything up front and during the process. He was very clear, and very aware of the disruption this causes to our life. he was very friendly to us and our dogs, and made sure all the options would not endanger the dogs. After finishing (and while working) he also explained everything he was doing, and where, and how he marked it all.

Josh has been here a few times and always does an excellent job. He is thorough in his examination of the issue, articulate in his explanation, and most importantly, successful. The exclusion process was new to me but it’s the best way to prevent mice from getting in a structure and Chad at Cornerstone is a pro. On time, professional, respectful of my home and time. He explained what he was doing and why. Chad was all over the house working and I felt comfortable and secure with him here. Of all the places I called, they either didn’t call back or didn’t do Exclusion. Cornerstone called back and had all the right answers that told me they knew how to do this.
