Consumer Mall

I go in often to check pokemon stock. The store is fun to walk around, and the employees are extremely friendly. This happened to me - Went to buy some pokemon cards... they take them to the counter and grab them for you so I didn't have a good chance to look at them. When I got to the car, I realized I bought a fake. I went back in thinking I was out of luck, but they reviewed the card, saw it was fake, and immediately gave my money back. Great business and gained my trust on that to continue shopping there

They have a reasonable selection, but the employees seem to have their main focus on closing up early. One employee sat on her cell phone the whole time, all the others were encouraging people to leave. I can understand if we got there five till closing, but we arrived forty five minutes before closing. Maybe others had a better experience, and in fairness they had, i've probably been hit by the recent tornado of three weeks ago... But i don't know that I'll go back.
