I was extremely upset and worried about my Switch 2 after it got soaked through the protective case. Let me start off by saying Trevor was incredibly polite and reassuring from the very beginning. My Switch 2 was an anniversary gift from my partner, and I’d only had it for a matter of months, so I was absolutely gutted — but Trevor handled everything with such care. He’s an absolute gem of a guy — honest, straightforward, and genuinely hilarious, which definitely helped take the stress out of the situation 😂 He insisted he wouldn’t take any payment until the fix was complete and I’d checked everything myself, which really shows the kind of person he is. He also fixed an issue with my Steam Deck where one of the buttons was sticking, and didn’t charge me for any of the work as "they were only minor issues”. Any other company would have taken at least a consultation fee just for taking a look at them both, but he didn’t take a penny. That level of integrity is rare. He’s even said that if I have any issues further down the line, he’s more than happy to help. I can’t recommend him highly enough. If I ever have any console issues in the future, he’ll be the first person I go to. I genuinely hope his business continues to flourish and grow, because he absolutely deserves it. I’m extremely happy with everything — from the communication to the repairs themselves. If you’ve got any gaming issues — reach out to this company first !!!
