We contracted Concept Home Builders to construct an approximately 1,900 sq. ft. addition to our home, including a bedroom en-suite with walk-in closet, 4-season sunroom with a ground floor workroom and studio space below, and additional 5' width to existing 2-car garage. Workmanship, project management, and selection and scheduling of subcontractors was very good, and the project was completed on schedule and within budget. Throughout the project, Dennis and Devin suggested several ideas that enhanced the quality of the final build, including a design modification that added an extra 80 sq. ft. of usable space to the ground floor studio space. Our experience was very positive, and we appreciate all their hard work!!
