I had a frozen shower drain. Chad and Tanner from CSS came to assist. The service response was quick and the problem solved. Chad and Tanner found an issue with why I keep getting the shower drain frozen, even though I put RV antifreeze down, and advised me what needed to be done. I cannot recommend CSS highly enough. Thank you for all you do!

Complete Excavation & Septic Services is a wonderful family business in Isle La Motte, VT. My wife and I bought property on the island two years ago and we wanted to run under ground power from the pole to two of the buildings. We also wanted to build a large deck to connect two cabins. I called the office and the owner Kim answered the phone and took my information and took the time to understand what we needed. Within 24 hours, owner John was at our property developing a plan. The trenching and the site work was performed with great care and finesse. Over the course of the project, we met Chad, son of John and Kim, as well as Skip and Tanner, both long time friends and employees of the Littlefield’s. We were thrilled with the results and hired them again later that Summer to do the site work for a cabin. Additionally we are working with the Littlefield’s to plan the site work for a small home on our property. It’s been a great experience and we feel more connected to the island through working with this family.
