Complete Appliance Repair

I requested a replacement for my Sub Zero refrigerator door the my tenant left some serious dents due to moving. The service technician came promptly once the new door arrived and completed the installation. However, he did not haul away the old door and instead left it in front of the house. This was very inconvenient because I am traveling, and I need to make separate arrangements, at additional cost, to have the door removed. If haul away service was not included, they should have informed me beforehand. I called him when it was obvious my fridge wasn't working and he showed up maybe an hour later that same evening - such a relief to get my fridge back up and running the same day.
