Installed new a/c and heating units. Have issues since day one . They don’t follow up on phone calls and ignore the problems. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemies. So sorry I used them getting ready to call in a different service. Really disappointed with this company
Comfort Air installed my new heating system in 2017. Had a few issues in the beginning but all parts and service were handled quickly and resolved in a timely manner under warranty. They have been very professional and prompt with keeping my heating and A/C serviced. Very pleased with them and would highly recommend.
I spent over $1,500 in preventative maintenance fees to extend the life of my heating and cooling systems (both systems less than 10 years old). Five days after my service call both independent heating and cooling systems were inoperative. Talked to the owner on the phone and he was less than helpful but was more than happy to charge me another ~$4,000 to fix the systems. I spent over $1,500 and ended up with two broken systems. Save you money and choose a different company.
Even though the technician couldn't fix one of the 2 problems, he was here promptly as he said and provided us with the info to get the additional part and return to install it. Price for emergency services was reasonable compared to other companies. Overall so far so good. Only gave four stars because we weren't able to complete the repair today. Will continue to use this company from now forward.
