Columbia Mountain Mechanical

So far I am a bit pissed off. A serviceman came on a Friday as I had a problem with an Amana heat pump. It would not cool and he cleaned the unit which sometimes cures the problem. It didn't and he said that he would have to solder in a part so the unit could be recharged and that he would be back Monday. I was impressed with his service. Well, today is Tuesday, no service tech. I called numerous times Monday and again today, Tuesday. Crickets! Left numerous messages and no response, no return call. Columbia Mountain Mechanical is the best. I've called them several times for our business, and they showed up so quick and had us fixed up in no time. They're very reasonable on pricing. The guys never leave behind a mess. And this last time was there within a hour! You all rock!

Not only did they get to me super quickly they did so with such kindness and understanding. I had a multiple day issue and things were taken care of wonderfully. Both the office and hvac worker were superb and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service! Thanks again!

Hard to Communicate with.Will not return my phone call. Well isn't that funny you have time to respond to my review but you have no time to pick up the phone and just tell me that my part is not in or tell me anything at all, or return any of my calls and just let me know what is going on. All I'm saying is that I would have just appreciated a phone call back but instead I got nothing. So here we are and it's funny that you guys that work on heaters could not get my part in and all I did was go online and I had my part in 2 days so thanks for nothing.
