I called and asked a few basic questions. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and seemed annoyed by the phone call. I went to leave my name and number so I can get some answers. she repeated my number back to me, the number was wrong so I tried to correct her and she cut me off saying that she had my number. I can understand people have a bad day, but to talk to someone that sounds like they hate their job and takes it out of customers is a different issue.
