Vary rude told me I was wrong that a certain part I requested would not fit I told him it would have done it before they argued with me told it would not told me it would not fit sold me what they claim to be the part I asked forwhen I went to put it on found it was not the part ask for went to Ferguson instead got the correct part that I had originally asked for installed it found at work tried to return the old part and they told me I should have replaced the whole thing rather than just the part and it was my fault that the other part didn't fit even though the admittedly told me that the part they sold me was not the part that I asked for and then proceeded to tell me how I was wrong for not replacing the whole thing and it was my fault
