Excellent Work! Top notch service! I am so grateful for Ric and his team at Coastal Enginuity. My snowblower was fixed within a week. They pick up and deliver which is so convenient. They are very efficient and thorough. My snowblower works like new again!
I brought my walk behind Honda lawn mower to Coastal as it was in need of several repairs. It now starts with one pull and runs like new. The people at Coastal are friendly and easy to work with and Ric followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Pricing is very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Coastal again.
So happy I found Coastal Enginuity! My snowblower was not starting and they came right away, picked it up, gave me recommendations on what needed to be fixed and I had it back within two weeks - just in time for the first snow fall. Price was reasonable, excellent customer service, and my blower works great. Called other places first and they told me 8 weeks before they would even LOOK at it. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future!
From start to finish this was a great service transaction both in quality of customer service and mechanical workmanship. My call was returned promptly and service and pickup arrangements were made and followed through with right on the dime. Very efficient and great communications. On top of that — Truly nice people. I will definitely be using their services again for all of my small engines repairs!
I am a new customer of Coastal Enginuity and have had a great experience. In May they gave my 5 year old Craftsman a much needed servicing, along with a new blade. They had it running like a kitten! They picked up and dropped off, and did fine work at a fair price. A couple months later I had a problem with the mower - the fuel system somehow got dirty and the motor would sputter out. Ric and his team took care of me quickly and, because it wasn't clear how or why the fuel system was contaminated so soon after the tuneup, they cleaned it again at no charge. Running like a top again. Excellent customer service and I will be recommending them to all my friends and acquaintances. Rock Solid Operation.
