Steve was GREAT, he fixed my iMac and it’s honestly faster than it was when it was new!! Thank you Steve. Now, I can wiz through my customers graphic design projects in record time!

Steve is great. Excellent customer service, phenomenal work, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. My mother’s MacBook needed a new screen, and Steve helped me get the best cost option without cutting corners, and to top things off he picked up, & dropped off the computer in no time at all. This was a big job (one I was uncomfortable doing myself) and Steve was able to do it perfectly while assessing some other concerns about the computer (battery condition, software questions, etc…) with very accurate observations and helpful information to have a better computing experience.

Steve came to our home and installed a much larger hard drive on our desk top and cleaned it up from some junk while he was working on it. The machine is now sooo much faster and our storage capacity quadrupled. All for $175 plus the cost of the hard drive. To say I'm happy with his work is an understatement. This was also after Dawn Weikle told me she would not take the job on because it would not be cost effective and I would not be happy with the results. She was clearly wrong. Thanks for the great job, Steve.
