Had a septic pump and problems over a weekend. They said they would take care of us. We had to get tanks pumped first, but let Clouser know when tanks were pumped and they were out here within a couple of hours. They coordinated back and forth with the electricians and got us taken care of. They have handled water heater issues in the past for us. Very prompt, courteous, and get the job done. We VERY much appreciate them.
Top notch service, I called at 8:07 am for a bad clog. They were at my house by 8:30am and gone by 9:05!! Very professional , knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend
If I could give six out of five stars, I would. We are repeat customers because they have never let us down. Recently our hot water heater was leaking and I called just to leave a message (on a Sunday). The owner calls back and lines it up for the next morning!! My wife is in chemo and they masked up and donned booties...in and out quickly and the only person home was our 11-year old son. These guys are like family to us.
Exceptional customer service, communication, and professionalism. I always appreciate workers who are willing to walk me through what needs to happen while doing excellent work. Called them out for an outdoor faucet repair. Between it's location & weather we had a bit of a rain delay, but he let me know they were watching the radar for it to clear. They called with the GPS time from my place and were there at the estimated time. Very professional and kind. We had been looking for our "go to" call for plumbing and we have found them! I didn't feel like I wasted all day on a long window wait time. The work was done quickly, cleanly, and correctly. He even gave me some tips for making sure things got properly dried out. Absolutely the first call we will make from now on.
We had scheduled an appointment (with what sounded like the owner) for him to come to our home and discuss having some outdoor faucets replaced. He said he’d meet us at our home and never showed. We were more than happy for him to come during the week, but he assured us that it was no problem to stop out on Saturday or Sunday-so we set up the appointment for Sunday at noon. We tried calling after an hour and a half (just to confirm that there wasn’t some confusion) and the call went unanswered. We left a voicemail and received no reply. I’m glad we didn’t set it up for a time during the week, since we would’ve probably missed work for a no call/ no show. We will definitely go with someone else since he cannot be relied on to follow through on his word. I do NOT recommend this plumbing company.
