I visited on a Friday and was instructed to return at any time on Tuesday. Upon my arrival on Tuesday, I found that they were unprepared for my visit and was asked to come back the following day. One of the staff members refused to provide his name and responded to my inquiry by stating, "I have no name." The customer service from this individual was extremely poor; he did not smile once and exhibited a cocky and arrogant demeanor. His rudeness and lack of respect were disappointing. Given that this business does not seem to have a high volume of customers, one would expect a more positive attitude towards the few patrons they do have. On a... On a positive note, another associate named Muhammad displayed a commendable attitude and offered me a discount to compensate for his colleague's behavior. However, due to the overall negative experience, I have decided not to return and will take my business elsewhere.
I came in and they took care of me right away! My phone was fixed less than 30 minutes, and that was the time they gave me. Great company.
Service is a 10/10. My phone was fixed super fast! Great prices also.
They were upfront about the price and they honored the price quoted. I dropped off my phone and it was ready in less than a hour. They are honest, quick and friendly. Thank you sooo much I will definitely be back!!
