This place is amazing. It was able to fix a 3DS that was unable to work for about maybe 13 years. No more error codes

Communication is the worst! Was told 1-3 days on Jan 27, 2026. Day 3 I called and was told my unit was to be repaired next. They still have console, today's date is Feb 23. The only communication was a text asking me to rate their service on day 9. Day 10 went there, assuming from the text message my console was fixed, was told technician was not in that week. 27 days not one call from this business!Here's my review since they asked for it. I'm sure they're great at fixing broken screens on your phones, not at console repair!! Brought in for power button and disk drive, items that can be ordered and delivered within a week's time! When I dropped it off crystal stated there was a $120 diagnostic fee, she said that 3 times during the drop off. I truly feel my unit is sitting on a shelf and if I were to go there one more time she would say they can't fix it and/or charge a diagnostic fee that a mechanic shop charges to go over a vehicle, a fee for an item that is 12"x10"... just saying everything crystal said has been false!!

I found this place on a whim and have been back many times. They can fix anything! They’ve bought 3-4 old iPhones off me, And my kids love old school games. This is the place to go! Great people so kind and honest prices; they will do everything they can to make you happy and make sure you get 10/10 service. Thank you guys for everything and see you soon!
