I called on a Saturday around 9am for a broken spring. Said they could be here between 10 & 1. Jr. Lance notified me he was on the way. He was very professional explained what he was going to do and gave me the price up front which I thought was very fair. He proceeded to fix the garage door and was done in a timely manner. Showed me what he did and the working door. He did a great job. Before noon everything was done and we had a working garage door. 💯 recommend, thank you!
Justin did a great job , he was polite and friendly and explained everything to us . I would recommend him and Cincinnati door and windows
When we (eventually) got to installation, everything went really well. Getting there was a bit bumpy. The initial estimate was great. Then the installation date came and the tech who was to install our openers said he couldn't do it - there wasn't enough clearance (and that we needed new doors). So, another tech had to come out. Unfortunately he was late for our appointment and I couldn't wait for him - but he was able to access the property via the lockbox. I explained to him on the phone that I wouldn't be buying new garage doors, and that if I needed garage doors, I'd buy them from the company I worked for (who owns C.H.I. overhead doors... I explained to him on the phone that I wouldn't be buying new garage doors, and that if I needed garage doors, I'd buy them from the company I worked for (who owns C.H.I. overhead doors) at a large discount. The 2nd tech was able to get in and look around and, as it turns out, we did have enough clearance and we didn't need new garage doors. So, in the end, the work was completed per the original estimate (albeit 10 days late). No new garage doors were needed or purchased. Not sure *exactly* what happened here, but it didn't leave me with warm and fuzzies. I'd like to point out that the 2nd tech did a great job with installation. No complaints with the work. Very well done.
