Justin was amazing! He assessed the situation going on with my garage door and determined the board had gone bad. He was so helpful, patient and kind answering all of my questions. He was also honest about what he would do if this were his garage, which I really appreciated. I felt that the pricing was reasonable for both the new board and also a new door. I had asked about pricing on garage doors for the future; an insulated garage door is something I’m planning for down the road. He came back 2 days later to install the new board. The communication throughout this whole process was excellent. Everything works perfectly now and I’m very happy! When I called to make the original appointment, the gentleman who took my call was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Cincinnati Door & Window!
