This business has the best customer service. Jason, Keetan, Chris, Jacob, Devin, Helen, Jacob and many more. Im pretty sure the caller ID screams "Oh no not her again " when I call and the poor reps yell not it!! I bought a car in August that has been problematic to say the least. I know when we get through this ordeal I will have the best possible vehicle. I appreciate the kind caring service and attention to getting things done the right way.
From the front desk, to administrative, to the techs and everything in between this is a solid automotive repair and diagnostic shop. Bottom to top all pros! Getting more detailed: I brought my car in for a transmission issue and steering and suspension issue. In the past I've had unbelievable nightmares dealing with my extended warranty under Maxcare. The Christian Brothers staff are masters at handling extended warranty service scum. They got it done! Also, they were perfect keeping me up to date about everything that was going on with my vehicle along the way. Top-notch! Thank you!
I stopped in this morning hoping they had a key fob battery I could buy off of them. They found one, swapped out the old battery for the new one, and let me walk out for free! So nice, made my day!! I’ll probably try taking my car here next time it needs something!

We brought our son’s truck over for a second opinion after being told the Transmission was out by AMMCO $5500-5700 price tag attached. Come to find out they had not even repaired the line and added transmission fluid to diagnose this. Robert Yarbrough at Christian Brothers did an honest evaluation and the transmission shifted just fine. We had a few repairs and a $2009.68 price! What a blessing!!!
