Kept an instrument for cleaning over 3 months, passed several of his own ETAs, was short and rude in communication when we'd check in. Had to ask for the instrument back. No work ever started. Either has more work than he needs, or cannot be bothered to be on time or polite.
5/5 service! I had heard of Chris from my band director, who said he does great work. My flute was very broken and dirty. Chris made my flute shine, fixed the pads, adjusted the keys, and tightened the post. All for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend going to him!
Every visit I’ve had with Chris has been met with professional care when it comes to my instruments. He does great work at a fair price! My instruments don’t often require professional maintenance, but when they do I trust Chris to do a great job with timely service. Keep up the great work!!
