They did a fantastic job, they called to see if they could get here earlier and they did. They were very professional in appearance and explained the work they needed to do. They did a thorough job inside and outside cleaning the stove pipe. When they were done they cleaned up after the work was through. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Only easy thing was scheduling an appointment to inspect a chimney. They seem unorganized and communication with customer is poor as I had to be the person following up with them. Ultimately, I can not recommend as I gave up waiting on them for a service promised and they didn’t follow through. I need additional work but will look elsewhere. Update: To clarify, I grew up in Pittsburgh but have lived in the Youngstown area over 30 years. You did work this past summer at the E Radio home🤷♀️

Very professionally, cleaned my double wall, flue and evaluated my masonry chimney for fireplace. On time service and management was excellent resolving all my issues. Price was reasonable, And within my limits. Highly recommend.
