They came out for a chimney sweep before the holidays. Very professional, left no mess, and even pointed out a few minor cracks to keep an eye on. I appreciate the honesty, no pressure to fix anything that didn’t need it.

Technician/owner was prompt and scheduling was relatively simple, though contact through the website didn't work. The technician was friendly, but I didn't like that I was verbally quoted $2,200 and then was immediately followed by, $1,800 if I paid in cash. I felt like that was a little manipulative to make me think I was getting a deal for paying cash. I originally reached out to get a quote online, but you don’t really get a cost until they show up.
