Ben and his crew at Chimney Solutions were very helpful from the beginning. From showing us the different units to helping us get exactly what we wanted and at good price. When it came to the unit installation they were prompt and there when they said they would be there. They were very professional and thorough to explaining everything we needed to know when it came to our new fireplace. I give Ben and Chimney Solutions a 5 star rating and highly recommend them if this is what you are looking to add to your home.

Ben did i great job installing a new gas fireplace in our new house. We used him also on our old house. So this is the second time he has done a great job for us. :-)

We got our fireplace insert about a year ago. It’s one of the best upgrades we’ve made to our house. The insert is high quality and has worked great. It’s been perfect for the cooler mornings; it can pump out a lot of heat and allows us to not turn on our furnace on days that start cooler but warm up quickly. Ben and his team did a great job with the install. In addition to the final product, we were impressed with how they prioritized protecting our floor and cleaning up before they left! A couple days after the install we noticed a few chips in the face that looked like they occurred during manufacturing and Ben replaced it when our custom...
