Chicagoland Appliance Repair

We own an LG washer and dryer and rarely have issues, but when we do, Chicagoland Appliance has been excellent. We’ve used them three times, always professional, fairly priced, and fast, often same day. Abdel is an outstanding technician.

This was my second time having Chicago Appliance Repair out to do a repair. They showed up the same day as my call on both occasions, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues, and on the most recent experience, brought the anticipated parts along, based on my description of the problem. I highly recommend them.

I used Chicagoland Appliance Repair years ago to fix my broken oven, and was extremely happy with the prompt, professional service. I'm now trying to get a dryer repaired and have been shocked at how far downhill this company seems to have gone. After two visits, the tech replaced my dryer's drain pump. Upon testing, it immediately displayed the same error code it's had, but he left anyway, telling me that new parts needed time to "calibrate" and to call if it didn't improve. I've had these guys out twice -- once for a refrigerator icemaker and once for my oven (shout out to Jesse for a job well done). The prices are fair, they are very responsive and most importantly, I have not needed to have further repairs done after they come out -- they fix it right the first time.
