They misplaced my antique clock for over 5 months, didn't return my phone calls or texts and I stopped in the store 4 times. It wasn't until I said I was going to take action that I got my clock back. I asked for the pendulum only to be repaired and he charged me $175. While he has a great reputation for his work, his customer service skills and and paperwork tracking are terrible. So make sure you take a picture and provide written documentation if you're taking your clock there. I used the mom&pop verbal method and it was a real headache.
