Eric did an awesome job! He was very kind, honest and professional. He listened carefully and seemed genuinely happy that I was happy with the results! I really liked him a lot! Very thorough in doing walkthroughs and explaining what techniques would give the best results. They were done within 2 hours and the carpeting looked immaculate! They spot checked their work and then did a walkthrough with us to show the results. One gentleman was training the other and spoke a great deal of knowledge about how to do the job right. We've done business with Chem Dry for years and have had next to no issues.
Worst experience ever. Booked for a day and told they would come between 2 and 5. At 4:30 they called to say they could not make it and that they would come the following day also between 2 and 5. At 4:45 the following day they called again and said they could not come and asked if they could come the following day. I asked that they call me prior to the arrival so that I did not sit around waiting for a 3rd day and never heard from them. The first day I was told they could not come because the chemicals in the truck were frozen because it was freezing outside. This lady was in Dallas and I informed her that the temps here were low 40s, not freezing. The following day I was told the hoses on the van were broke and they were supposed to get new ones and then when she called me back she said the van was going to the shop but would be fixed and good to go the third day. I was trying to get my rug cleaned quickly and they knew this each time they scheduled me. Do not recommend scheduling any service with this company.
