Just had my HVAC tuneup yesterday. Mia helped me make the appointment. She’s very professional and was quick to help me find a compatible appointment date. Alvo and Juan are the ones who did the tune up. Very professional and efficient. Love everyone at Airtron! I always recommend for upkeep and repairs.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with Charlotte Heating and Air so far. They installed a new A/C unit for us in 2024, and that process went smoothly. Unfortunately the unit acted up last night. I talked to Mary in the office, she was so gracious, professional, and helpful. She got a tech to come out within an hour! Our tech, Zo, was also friendly, helpful, professional, and ever-so patient with our sweet, but protective & loud, doggie. It seems that it will only take a couple of days to get the part and get someone back out to fix it, and it is still under warranty. Highly recommended!

I speak from a long line of experience in hiring and managing people, and I have to say: Charlotte Heating and Air is doing it right. Their employee, Zo, demonstrated incredible integrity today by helping my wife move our trash cans during a rainstorm. You can tell a lot about a business by how their employees act when 'no one is watching'. Zo is a credit to his team and his trade. They'll be my first call for HVAC services from now on.

Brian was absolutely fantastic. We recently bought a home in the Charlotte area and scheduled our first annual HVAC maintenance as home owners. Brian was kind, considerate, thorough, and broke everything down for us in a way that someone not familiar with HVAC could understand. He helped us prioritize what to address now and what we can schedule to address later. We'll certainly be requesting him for our service moving forward. Thank you, Brian!!
