Greatest vacuum place BY FAR. My sons came here to check it out and they offered us a Miele. We are thinking about it, But they have friendly service, high quality vacuums and more. Definitely recommend coming here.

They have nice people there. I brought my Dyson in for repair. In a couple of days I picked it up . When I got it home it stopped working. So I bought a new vacuum from them. They took my Dyson back to try to repair it again. Never got it back, they don't return text, emails ,and sometimes phone. They promised me a used one, never seen that also.

Wanted to have the best experience given the reviews. Vacuum is fixed and works wonderfully- So there is the positive! The negatives; Limited to no communication. Prices changed. Asked for a call back on what needs to be done, when it was dropped off. When I called to find out the status- 4 days after drop off- they said oh yeah the vacuum is waiting for parts. Well what parts? Because I didn't give an okay for any work to be done. Okayed a price and work to be done. Got a call from the owner (?) he was out recently for surgery, and was there on a Sunday to get caught up. Extremely nice man- Now he gives me a price and its more expensive then the first price. But what choice do I have? Said sure. He said it would be done in two days. No call when it was done. I called and asked if the job was complete- it was. Then circled around and asked about the price- was the more expensive price. Picked up the vacuum without any problems. I wish the communication was better, more clear and that the price stayed the same from the original quote considering there wasn't any additional parts needed.

Vicky was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful when I needed a specific vacuum cleaner to meet the needs of my elderly dad. I got an exceptional deal too on a fine machine! We both love it! I am so glad I stumbled upon Charlie’s and to know they carry vacuums that are muchhhhh better than those at big box stores!
