BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHARLIE DEL ROSS.. I called him for a minor plumbing repair, and he quoted me $165/hour. He sent a guy out he looked at the job and he told me it would take less than an hour. I agreed and told him to do the job as I was expecting to pay $165/hour The job was completed in 47 minutes and then I am presented a bill for $550 I called Charlie del Ross and asked why he is charging me $550 he told me he will get back to me. I never hear back from Charlie, but his guy gives me a new bill for $450 and tells me Charlie took $100 off. Clearly this is a scam and I'm currently reporting to the BBB

I was extremely happy with this company. They responded promptly. They installed a new bathroom vanity with all new plumbing, installed new plumbing in the tub and corrected the installation of a kitchen faucet that was backwards. They also put in a recirculating pump on the hot water heater which provides instant hot water in the two bathrooms and kitchen. In the process they discovered that the outlet out of the water heater was compromised and they fixed that. They cleaned up all of the packing material and other leftovers from the project. They finished all of the work in a day, and the plumbers were very easy to work with. The price was very reasonable.
