Jim was a massive help with two different vacuum issues that I had. Both fixed very quickly at a more than reasonable price. Highly recommend this.

I took my Kirby vacuum to Michael’s in the hope I could trade it in. I couldn’t, but he did check it out for me and made sure everything was operating properly. He was kind and fair - a good man.

Very courteous. Took a little while to get vacuum cleaner fixed, but it's just a one-man shop with another repair person stopping in once or twice a week. Nice, family owned business. Definitely recommend.

Came in after my brand new big-box store vacuum broke, and I snapped. I explained what I was looking for and was recommended a type of vacuum I've never heard of before. I can't speak highly enough of the service. I'm so happy with my new vacuum, feel I got the right one for me (and know how it works and why it's better for me), and now I have a reliable place to bring it for service. Plus the price was better than anywhere online! Can't recommend them enough!
