My ac was not cooling inside of my home. I contacted Champion and the technician arrived in 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and gave me the best price to make the repair. Coolray attempted to sell me a new system which was not needed. I appreciate these guys prompt arrival and honesty. That's hard to find these days
Champion HVAC was an experience I truly must share. I don’t usually leave reviews, I believe they should be reserved for outstanding service and this company absolutely earned it. Mr. Carter was recommended by a family member who recently had service with Champion HVAC, also with Mr. Carter. During Atlanta’s coldest winter this year, my heat went out, and I was extremely concerned. This company did not disappoint. Mr. Carter came out the very same day. He took his time to thoroughly assess the issue and was patient in making sure I fully understood what the problem was. He explained my options clearly and advised me on the best resolution for my situation. Champion HVAC is knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I am beyond happy with the results. What truly stood out was that Mr. Carter personally called the next day to make sure I was still satisfied with my new unit. Needless to say, I am! I highly recommend Champion HVAC and Mr. Carter for any of your HVAC needs.
I had an excellent experience with this Champion when they replaced my furnace’s inducer motor. From the beginning, they were diligent and thorough, clearly explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. The communication was outstanding — prompt, clear, and honest. Marcus was extremely respectful of our home, worked carefully and cleanly, and made sure everything was functioning properly before they left. Most importantly, they made me feel safe and confident in their work. It’s such a relief to find a company that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care. Highly recommend!
Impeccable to say the least. My restaurant heating systems weren’t keeping the dining area warm. Champion came out within 2 hours and were able to identify tue problem immediately. Both furnaces were back up and running expeditiously. The patrons are happy and So is the staff. We will keep these guys on speed dial. The team were nice and polite. The technician noticed a small leak in the water heater and also made that repair. 1,000 Stars
I am very pleased with Carter and his team! He was very friendly and professional. He made sure that he took his time and really figured out what was going on with my heating system and now I am finally warm and satisfied. He gave me a fair price as well.
