Central Park Garage

I thought I was getting decent service at another garage but then circumstances led me to switch in order to get my car inspected. I was very anxious about going to a new garage and the possibility of being ripped off and was beyond pleasantly surprised to have just the opposite happen. Will and Dawn were friendly and chatted with me the entire time I waited both for my inspection and for the work that then needed to get done. They were fair with their pricing, upfront about costs and understanding of my budget only being what was required for inspection vs. all the bells and whistles at once. I've never seen such a tidy and well organized garage. I immediately recommended them to a friend who also needed work. The technicians took detailed images and notes of the inspection so that the people at the front desk could walk me through everything with evidence which was also sent to me post appointment for my records. I will be a new regular at this garage.

I recently had an amazing experience at this location. They offered complimentary pick up and drop off of my car! No more sitting and waiting for my services to be complete. Very honest and trustworthy as well. My oil change, tire rotation, and tire pressure sensor repair were done promptly and very professionally. My car was returned to me spotless with a full inspection report. I received text updates during and after the service. Days later a follow up text and email comfirming a new carfax report were sent to me. I appreciate the communication, price and friendly service I received!
