Amazingly honest mechanics! I cannot recommend them strongly enough. Had my '07 Odyssey's transmission rebuilt by them ~3 years/36k miles ago. Real easy to work with, good prices, excellent work. Took it back last week because I thought there might be another problem. Instead of trying to trick me into unnecessary repairs, they assured me my transmission was fine and gave me info on what was actually wrong and how to fix it. Transmission is running steady and they were spot-on with what was wrong. Oh, and the diagnostic is free! They really go above and beyond on their customer service. Highly recommended!

Great communication and great service! There was an issue and the team at Central Ohio transmission was quick to fix it and get my car back to me. It’s now driving like a dream. Great company for when You aren’t sure who you can trust!

I called to schedule an appointment to check on the transmission of my car and potentially do a drain and fill. I spoke with two different people who confirmed my appointment was booked earlier this week. One person said it was necessary to drop off my car the night before so they can start working on it immediately in the morning. The following day, I did not hear anything so I called around 2 o clock to check on the progress. When I called, the lady sounded very nonchalant and said she had no idea whose car was parked in front of the main door.
