I called to schedule an appointment to check on the transmission of my car and potentially do a drain and fill. I spoke with two different people who confirmed my appointment was booked earlier this week. One person said it was necessary to drop off my car the night before so they can start working on it immediately in the morning. The following day, I did not hear anything so I called around 2 o clock to check on the progress. When I called, the lady sounded very nonchalant and said she had no idea whose car was parked in front of the main door. I felt the lack of customer service and incompetence would be enough for me not to return and to make this post so other customers are aware of this poor experience. Zero stars. Nuff said.
