We've been living in a new barndominium for two and one-half years, and began having a leak around a vent stack that runs through our metal roof. When we built, the steel / metal installers wouldn't cut holes in the metal for the vent stacks that are required to meet code. They cited how the plumber is responsible for that as he best knows where they should be placed and the diameter of the holes to be drilled. The plumber gladly handled that; however, the plumber wouldn't carry the responsibility of booting and sealing the vent stacks, citing how that's a roofer's responsibility. So, we paid a roofer for that, and since, we've faced a leak that's damaging the ceiling in our garage. Following a recommendation from my father-in-law, I called Chase Mallard with Cen-Tex Roof Systems. While our problem is obviously a very tiny job for Cen-Tex, Chase treated our little problem as though it was as important as any other job. His responsiveness, professionalism, honesty and fairness is truly remarkable. He diagnosed our problem and explained the best solution within ten minutes after arriving. What resonated through our conversation is that Chase is proud of his company's reputation and the integrity that he, his bosses and teammates carry to their customers, regardless the size of the job. I've never been "sold" on one roofing company until now, but Cen-Tex Roofing Systems is, and will be, my roofing professionals. These folks are awesome! Thank you, Chase, for taking great care of us!
