Cell Phone Store

Sunday… I called and asked for a specific phone (IPhone SE 2022 or 3rd generation) and the worker stated they have it so I asked him to put it aside. Since in the hospital, my fiancé went and picked it up. Come to find out IT’S THE EXACT SAME PHONE I ALREADY HAVE (IPhone SE 2nd generation) except the back is black. They seriously had the nerve to tell me no refund (tried to call Sunday at 5:22; 2 hours after getting the phone bc They was bringing the phone back however phone system stated THEY WAS CLOSED even though the sign stated they close at 6 ) however they offered me an exchange for an older phone (IPhone 11 that came out BEFORE the IPhone SE 2020; which is the phone I want to replace). Honestly, the customer service from the manager is not cool. Instead of compromising (offering to order the phone I want and I pay the difference, which is something I suggested), she caused me to write a review that normally I’d deal with it directly with the store/ company however DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE EGGERT (There’s a nice young man there NOW who knows about the phones… Dreads (didn’t get his real name) is a GREAT EMPLOYEE, if you do but only from him PLEASE) OR BAILEY BOOST STORES as they do not know about their own products and only trying to con you out of your money… NO REFUNDS IN ANYTHING EVEN IF THEY FAULT and if you do exchange of phone, you get to keep useless accessories.
