Cell Phone Repair

I took my son cell phone here for repair in January 2025. The screen blacked out and the phone wouldn't stay powered on. The repair technician said the problem was a crack at the bottom of the screen that happened two years ago. I told him the crack was old, but he insist repairing the screen would fix the issue, and was charged $200. Four days later the phone screen blacked out and the phone wouldn't stay on again. I returned and spoke with the fast slick talking manager Dave and he would not give me any of my money back. I brought my fully functional New 3DS XL to this store for a simple top screen replacement. After three months of delays and being told “we’re waiting on parts,” I was finally informed that my device was no longer fixable. When I got it back, it was in worse condition than when I left it: the lid was loose, the LED was missing, and I was told the motherboard was damaged. I received a refund for the repair, but they then tried to charge me $150 again — plus $50 more — for a replacement system they ordered without my consent. I refused to pay more for something they broke. Do not come to this location.
