I just called this business for an estimate and the professionalism is 0. My uncle was inquiring about a cleaning on a couch and recliner that belonged to my late grandfather who passed away last month. He lived alone and was the only person who sat on the furniture . The guy that called me back started the conversation unprofessional. Then proceeded to ask "on a scale from 5-10 how dirty is your furniture? " On a scale from 7-10...." My Goodness!! Dude!! Nevermind! Don't waste your time calling this number!! Just skip this mess and go to the professionals!

If you are looking for a quote, don’t even bother calling. He will not give you one over the phone and will only do so after visiting and doing a full inspection, fair enough. However if you do not already know this, then the owner will get easily offended and shame you for having the audacity to call and ask how much cleanings are. He will go on tangents about how much effort is needed if your house has pets but before you can say anything else he will tell you “this is not something I’m interested in” and hang up. We get it, you do “restoration” and not regular cleanings. No need to be rude and condescending. I don’t know how someone so self righteous and full of themselves in a customer facing business, what a sorry excuse of a “professional.” Just look at his responses to any 1 star reviews and you can get a feel of how mentally unstable he is. It is suspicious that he has so many 5 star reviews, but they’re all from accounts with no activity…

Very impressed with the service. Castle One Rotary Steam Carpet Restoration removed my pet odor conditions. I asked the owner over the phone if I should tear the carpets out. He advised me to let him inspect the carpets to see if they could be organically restored. I set the appointment he came right out and did a black light inspection, and explained the pet restoration process. From there he began to remove the pet odor within 10 minutes of the process. I was confident well before the carpet cleaning because of the pet stain and odor restoration cleaning service. I highly recommend this company to any pet owner.
