Dan and his crew did a great job. They took the time to make sure we picked the stain color we wanted, and started the job when promised. They hung plastic everywhere to protect our belongings and explained the entire process. We were out of town for a few days and came home to the floor looking exactly as we had hoped. I highly recommend Carter Kelly Flooring.
John was great to work with during the estimate, quoting and selection stage and the installation crew was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very meticulous in their work and left us with very few touch ups after the floors were installed, which is very unusual. They were all very knowledgeable, friendly and did everything they could to make sure the floors turned out exactly the way we wanted them to be. All of this for a very affordable price. I wish that they installed carpet so we could use them for the rest of our home. It is with great pleasure that I give John and his entire team a very enthusiastic recommendation and it would be my privilege to refer anyone that I know that needs flooring to them. John and his crew were on-time, professional and kind. They quickly feathered in the new floor to our old floor making it seamless and beautiful. They took time to explain the process, listen to my concerns about protecting the floors and worked intermingled with a contracting crew to share time and space. John was quick to respond, gave a fair and fast quote and navigated our project to work within our time frame since we were renovating the entire kitchen. The floors are so gorgeous, I decided to have him do the stairs too! Their work is superb! The quality of the work is absolutely gorgeous!! I would absolutely highly recommend over and over again!!
