Steve Carroll, Mindy and Sean along with the installers, Marco and Luis were exceptional. It was strong contrast to the contractor that I had prior to installing the carpeting. (This project started August 16th.) Marcos &Luis were very professional, arrived on schedule and we're done in 2 and 1/2 hours. They moved the furniture back in place, which allowed me to get my house in order. lt was immaculate when they finished. Great work and great people to have worked with. Thank you for your service!

I would steer clear of this business. There are many reasons but here are a few. - Very unprofessional - Called them to fix flooring they just said call someone else( if that’s the case then why call them in the first place) - Very rude and condescending not at first but definitely after they get your business. I know quite a few others that have fallen victim of this place and that be the case. Also I’ve seen the work done by these people and it is not workmanship that anyone should have done if this is the home you plan on living in yourself. One person in particular I know that has used them they did not finish the job completely and this person had to hire another company to complete it.

I strongly recommend Carroll Flooring! They are so friendly, they listen to the customer, And go above and beyond to get what they want. I am so pleased with the project that I purchased as well as their team of installers that came to my house. The tile installers and carpet installers Were very proficient and worked diligently to get everything Installed correctly. I'm looking forward in the near future to have my bedroom recarpeted by them!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Before my husband passed away from Covid, Carroll’s had carpeted our upstairs and did a laminate project for us and they were finished (signing & work done) in a month or less. I gave them first option for carpeting and tiling my basement without even considering getting quotes from others. I offered to put half down to get the ball rolling and go find the tile myself. After 3 months of “I’ll call Ya back”, I got 3 quotes from companies in Lexington. I easily found someone wanting my business.
