Paul and his team are wonderful. They are clear, quick, affordable and deliver quality. We are upgrading our home in preparation to sell and needed quick but well done work. We coordinated everything in a few days-- they worked with me over text because im always in meetings--and got carpet and wood flooring replacement done. They're honest and will give you options to meet you where you are without pressuring. Highly recommend, full stop.

Carpets Unlimited might be able to install flooring but they don't know how to remove it. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Because of a sewer backup, they were hired to remove engineered hardwood. The flooring had been glued down to a slab just 2 months prior. They were aware of the requirements of the project and assured me they could remove the flooring. In fact, Danny, the owner, repeatedly told me that "he appreciated me" If he "appreciated" me, he would have told me the project was beyond his capabilites They were unable to successfully remove the flooring after 3 days and I requested they leave. Danny and his team at Carpets Unlimited were such an amazing group to work with. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge of all things flooring/tile, and his wonderful customer service. I always felt up to date on the progress of things and he would go above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the products chosen and install. I cannot recommend Danny enough for all things carpet, flooring and tile. So grateful to be able to work with him and his team.

Danny is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to what I wanted and lead me right to the carpet I wanted! The installers were prompt and courteous. The entire experience has be extremely positive. Thank you Carpets Unlimited!
