This is where you want to take your computer for repairs. After a windows update, my computer wouldn't boot up. They were able to recover all my data, reinstall windows, and put my data back. All for $99 I highly recommend this place.

Intermittent/elusive hardware issues are the worst. I'm a computer hobbyist and I build PCs for myself and my friends. I'd never faced an issue I couldn't diagnose on my own until this November. I had neither the tools nor the time necessary to rule out all of my PC components and needed an expert. Jim got me in touch with Fred, and Fred did what I could not.
