Carefree Restoration

Our home was hit by lightning which caused a fire in our basement. Nathan and his team were absolutely wonderful from the get go: from reviewing the damages, providing a plan and personnel to move furnishings, box up and store personal items, clean, repair, and ensure all work was to our satisfaction, to working with the insurance company. Very professional, on time and not a trace of the char or fire damage remains. We would Highly recommend Carefree Restoration!

Carefree is trustworthy, expedient, professional, and competent as well as relationally oriented. Extensive water damage in our home was mitigated, sanitized and repaired in less than 10 days. Floors replaced, walls rebuilt, crawlspace completely dried, and re-insulated – it was a major effort. The workers were courteous, clean and communicated daily on the progress.

Carefree went above and beyond to accommodate my build and were wildly helpful through the loan process to get everything we needed to be approved. They're extremely professional and carry excellence with their work and getting the job done. They're also very personable and every interaction I had with them was pleasant and enjoyable. That's hard to find around here sometimes! I also would absolutely recommend them! If there was an options for more stars they'd get it!

We had an outstanding experience with Carefree Restoration this summer! We are a brand new 501c3 non-profit organization, and we are leasing a older, beautiful church that was vacated about a year ago. In addition to shampooing all the carpets in our facility, their team took on a major project in our lower level—and completely transformed the space. They scraped and treated all the basement walls to help resolve a mold and mildew issue, repainted everything with DryLoc, removed the old carpeting, and installed beautiful LVT flooring.
