As new, first-time homeowners, we called on Cardinal HVAC & Plumbing for an inspection and service on our new home's HVAC unit. James did a thorough inspection of our system, finding several urgent issues that he presented as genuinely needing immediate addressing for not only our unit's health, but our own as well. With more than reasonable pricing, James was able to begin making the necessary upgrades same day, working quietly and quickly, and didn't leave until the other needed services were scheduled. Great experience with Cardinal! We were long overdue for HVAC routine maintenance and were able to quickly schedule this week. Jay was our tech and he truly went above and beyond. Not only did he do a very thorough take down of our now 20+ year old furnace to inspect/troubleshoot, he also provided a lot of practical and helpful tips for overall HVAC and home maintenance.
