Capital fixed cracked pipe to my water heater same day as call, all during a snow storm. Charged a fraction less than Bills Heating/AC quoted- and Bills didn't even arrive with the right parts to fix in the first place. Glad Capital came instead after. Capital arrived prepared and knew what to do. Much more trustworthy than these other big name repair guys in the area.

The shower handle came off in wifes hand along with a section of the brass valve-shaft one day. I pulled off the chrome plate and decided that extracting the cartridge out of the valve body might be best left to a professional, in case something went wrong with my attempt. I stopped by CAPITAL PLUMBING & HEATING where I met Jennifer. She scheduled a site visit by Matt. Matt arrived and knew that the removal of our valve's cartridge without the benefit of a pulling point if the shaft was still intact could be a bit of work with what remained to work with. It was obvious he had the experience, tools and muscle that was required to get the remainder of our cartridge out. Just typical sediment with a tight tolerance fit, took some work. The cast valve body was fine so in quick order a new cartridge kit went in easily, along with the remounting of the chrome plate and handle. And just like that, we were back in business. While I am pretty handy, sometimes it makes sense to have a professional step in. This was certainly one of those cases; I might have damaged the in-wall plumbing to perform the extraction of the valve cartridge and that would have been a real mess, and expensive, to repair. Jennifer in the office and Matt in the field are really nice people that provided excellent, professional service.

Great experience all around -- we discovered an underground leak in the middle of December, and figured we would have to sign away our first-born child to get it fixed. Capital was recommended to us -- and with good reason! We received a free in-person consultation, and amazing service on the repair. I know it was obvious I was clueless about the repairs or what was going on, but Randy took the time to explain everything and went the extra mile to ensure that our problem was solved.
