Cache Valley Glass

Great on install of glass shower door, and now that I need service for a loose hinge (glass door hits the other glass panel) they have said they would get back to us, and have been yet to fix the issue after 6 weeks of us waiting and multiple phone calls. It’s easy to sell the product, but the most important part of business is the customer service. Looking for another company to fix the issues…any recommendations??

I called them for over a month before someone would come out and give me an estimate. Then when they finally did I asked for a quote emailed to me and no one would respond. It has been over a month since they came out and bo response. I would NEVER do business with them. If you don’t want the business, just say so!!!

I had these guys install new windows in my whole house and they are great!! They were able to save me a ton of money compared to other window places and I am very pleased with both their service and quality. They were very clean and respectful. I will definitely be using them again!
