They do excellent work when they came in today to check on my gate turns out the power supply wasnβt tightly plugged in. They fixed it and because I had a mess of wires under my desk, they went through an organized it so this wonβt happen again. Theyβve always done good work for us. I only wish I had it before picture of the mess of wires

I contacted this dealer/installer to inquire and get a new gate controller system for my home. The person on the phone (I think her name was Christen or Christine), indicated a sales person would get right back with me.
An entire week went by and no response from them. I then called them again and was given the response "We are very busy and will get back to your soon",
After another three days, nothing from them. I called one more time after that was was given the same response about how busy they were and someone would get right back to me.
The new gate controller I am seeking is a $1,600 price tag not including installation. I have never in my life had a more difficult time trying to spend $two grand. lol
Obviously this company does not need the business or they just totally lack in the customer service/followup area.
I mean really, someone there could not have taken a minute to phone me and say, we did not forget about you and will talk soon. I suppose they were 'too busy' to do even that.
Thank my lucky stars that I realized what kind of a company they are BEFORE I spent Almost $2,000 with them.
Knowing full well they will probably delete this review, it is also posted on Yelp which they cannot delete...
