Whenever I have a computer issue, I contact Brian at BWN Computer Repair and Service. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I always have a lot of questions, so I appreciate his patience. Although I no longer live in the Graham area, he continues to service my computer here in Florida. I consider that a blessing!

Brian helped me so much! He explained what was wrong with my computer over the phone and he hadn't even seen it yet! I am paying his business a visit tomorrow to get further help with my computer issues! I am confident that he's going to help me even more, and he's already solved a lot of my computer's issues already!

Exceptional service! I took my computer in a few weeks ago due to a bad virus and a battery that needed to be replaced. Brian was the one who worked on my computer and was insightful and answered all of my many questions. He took care in his work, was very meticulous to ensure that everything was fixed, and got my computer back to me in no time. BWN is an honest and trustworthy business. I called this business about my laptop. I got the voicemail. I left a message describing my issue, my computer brand and model, and my number. About 15min. Later I called again. I was thinking maybe they were busy with a customer in the store or on the other phone line. I didn't leave a second voicemail because I didn't want to fill up the inbox.
