I hired Burgess Landscaping Services to replace a failing placed stone retaining wall with a new block wall. Eric and his team did a fantastic job on my project and provided us with exactly what we wanted. All through the project, Eric and his team lead Josh kept us informed of their progress and regularly followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied with the results. Throughout the planning stages, Eric offered suggestions and ideas for design as well as cost savings. At the end of the project we had exceptionally heavy rains which washed out the seeding. Burgess Landscaping came back and reseeded the lawn to make sure that the job was done right. We hired Burgess Landscaping to do hardscape around our recently installed inground pool this spring which included regrading the back of the pool to create a curved rock wall for a firepit area, laying cobble stones to surround the pool area, and finishing with loam and seed. Eric and his team were punctual, professional, and worked efficiently. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and the company was responsive to questions and requests made throughout the project.
