Joaquin from Bully Pest Control responded quickly to my SOS call for removal of a hornets nest located near my front door, we scheduled for the very next day! He communicated with me regarding his on-time arrival, made quick work of the issue and sprayed the perimeter of the house. Bully pest controls been servicing my houses for years now, joaquin is great and knows his stuff about rodents and pests, he makes recommendations and offers solutions, best part is he's punctual and communicative.

All around a great experience... Had a rat problem I couldn't deal with on my own. Contacted the company and they were efficient in getting back to me . Came over on time and gave me a plan of action and a very competitive quote. I followed his instructions and he'd come back once a week to follow up ( for three weeks total). Any concerns or questions I could contact him and he'd get back to me, again in a timely manner. The rats are now gone!
