Had our second service call on our 20 year old pellet stove today. This is our third season with it. It was making a noise that bothers the wife. Of course wouldn't when Dan the tech was here. We found Dan to be friendly and knowledgeable. Also very honest. I would have paid to have a part replaced but he didnt really want to as it is not clear it was failing. He reassured us there was no safety issue and gave us information on how to help determine the problem. This is a business that wants to develop long term relationships with their customers. All of our contacts via phone or in person have been 5 stars!! Highly recommend them!!!
