My insurance raised my renewal rates due to roof age. I spoke to Buckworth and they sent someone right out. They listened to my problem, understood what I was up against and helped me wade through the options. They sent me a quote with 3 different price points and provided a clear and straight forward list of items included and not included. They handled all the permits and after I chose my colors and the following week they showed up and before I knew it I had a beautiful new roof. I am bit of a perfectionist and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the piece of mind the new roof has gave us. A huge thank you from the Porters!

I would like to tell everyone of my experience with Buckworth Roofing. Right off the bat I will say that there is not a better company to fulfill your roofing needs whether it’s a small job or a complete roof as I have done both with them. This company just finished putting a new roof on and it is absolutely stunning and beautiful. Everyone in the company is a joy to work with. They treat customers like they should be treated, they are very friendly and answer every phone call. I dealt with Teresa in the office with paperwork and she feels like a longtime friend or family with the way she talks to you. She is an absolute joy to deal with. The owner Dillan knows his roofing business and will take as long as is needed to explain all aspects of a new roof. Because of Dillan and how he took the time to talk to me is the reason I keep coming back to them. I met the rest of his staff and crew with this new roof installed and they are no different. Terrel was the one who inspected my roof and pointed out problems I wasn’t even aware of. I'm thankful he did as I would have had some serious leaking in the near future. He always answered my calls right away and explained things with good solutions. Once I signed a contract and the work started, I was highly impressed with the roofing crew. They like to start early and are hard workers going until early evening. Hector and Betty are in charge of the crew and they both are top notch experts when it comes to knowing roofs. Hector is a perfectionist with shingle detail. He really takes pride in his work and instructs the rest of the crew to do the same. Everyone in the crew was respectful and helpful to me. We had a heavy thunderstorm go through and Hector and Betty went above and beyond late one night to ensure my roof stayed dry and not compromised. Honestly, I’ve never seen roofers work so hard to ensure the home owner is satisfied. The sun came up the next day after the rain and they all went to work until late afternoon. I stood outside watching the crew fine tune everything. They walked the roof several times tweaking things, cleaned out the gutters, picking up all the stray nails, blowing off my driveway, etc. They left me extra shingles and one roofer so kindly carried it for me and put it in my shed loft. Oh and Johnny! I can’t forget him. He is such a friendly man with 45 years experience in building, steel, roofing, etc. He comes and goes but takes care of important things in getting the roof complete. I’m not sure his title but he happily advised me on my home issues, my roof, my backyard. He is just a wealth of knowledge and so sweet. I know this is long but there is no other roofing company that I would hire in the area. They are definitely 5 star and will give you a roof that goes above and beyond the other companies!

Easy to see why they have so many five star ratings. I was very pleased with price, the crew they sent out, and everybody I spoke with at the company. Dillion came out promptly and gave a couple of options for materials and explained the value of each and the warranty implications. The price quoted was the best of the four companies I spoke with. The crew did a great job, was very pleasant and respectful of my property, meticulous with the installation, and did a thorough cleanup afterward. The city inspector was very thorough and said he was impressed with the quality of the work. I had new gutters put up afterward and that company also was very complimentary. I am extremely pleased and wouldn't hesitate to use Buckworth again.
