Paul is amazing!!! You will NOT be dissappointed!! He is so very knowledgeable and cares about your devices and customer service is top notch!! He is such a rare gem and I want everyone to know to bring your devices to him. You can trust him and his service. He takes detailed pictures and notes on everything. Highly recommended. 5 stars!! Paul is a pleasure to work with. Highly attentive to detail and professional. He was able to pinpoint and fix network issues I was experiencing at my office. He also provided advice for updates with my network and computer. It's rare to find someone near King experienced with Mac based systems. I put in a ticket to have my laptop repaired. My hinge have broken after a previous warranty repair. Although it did take a while for my ticket to be processed it was definitely worth it. I was able to keep up with the repair process due to very thorough and constant communication about the process. Everything was explained and I was given an opportunity to accept repairs before any additional work outside of the initial quote was completed.
